Return & Exchange Policy

In case you would like to exchange your recent e-purchase online, Our Return & Exchange policy is as follows:

Please send us an exchange request by sending us an email with your inquiry at info@gymgofficial.com.

• Exchange of orders that were not initially subject to a delivery fee, will be free of charge. 
• Exchange on same order will be subject to an 3$ delivery charge. 

 We will gladly exchange unused items that have the original tags attached and that are in the original purchase condition. We also require a receipt as a proof of purchase.

• Exchange should be within 3 days of purchase date.
• Items returned are not exchangeable with Gift Cards.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Gift purchases can only be exchanged and cannot be refunded.
